1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 68ph.cam ("68ph", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the 68ph online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the website located at https://68ph.cam and any related mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, placing bets, or using any feature of the 68ph platform, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and refrain from creating an account.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including but not limited to visitors, registered players, depositors, and any person accessing or interacting with the platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

You must be a resident of the Philippines and physically located within Philippine territory when accessing the Service. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure accuracy.

Each person may maintain only one (1) account with 68ph. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, and accounts opened using false information are strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts, cancellation of bonuses, and forfeiture of winnings.

2.3 Verification Requirements

68ph operates under PAGCOR-aligned regulatory standards and is required to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide government-issued identification (such as Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address, and additional documentation as requested. Verification is typically required before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified may result in account restrictions or closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity occurring through your account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to notify 68ph immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3.2 Account Activity Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor all account activity for security purposes, fraud prevention, compliance with these Terms, and adherence to applicable gaming regulations. This monitoring may include transaction reviews, gameplay pattern analysis, and communication monitoring. Suspicious activity may result in account suspension pending investigation.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Service remains accurate, complete, and current. Deliberately providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

68ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank), and other payment methods as displayed on the platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

4.2 Deposit Processing and Availability

Deposits made via e-wallets (GCash, Maya) typically reflect in your account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to process depending on the sending institution. Deposited funds become available for wagering once successfully credited to your account. 68ph does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose transaction charges.

4.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your 68ph account are derived from legitimate sources and do not constitute proceeds of criminal activity. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of deposited funds. You must not use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of available account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification, satisfaction of wagering requirements for any active bonuses, and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Alternative withdrawal methods may be offered at our discretion.

5.2 Processing Times and Limits

E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24-48 hours. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on account verification level and are displayed in your account dashboard. We reserve the right to process large withdrawals in installments.

5.3 Verification and Compliance

All withdrawal requests are subject to verification and compliance checks. We may request additional documentation, proof of payment method ownership, or other information before approving withdrawals. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited - you may only withdraw to payment methods registered in your own name.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

68ph does not charge fees for the first withdrawal each calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may incur a nominal processing fee as disclosed during the withdrawal process. Your payment provider may impose additional charges for receiving funds.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses, promotions, and special offers are provided at the sole discretion of 68ph and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Bonus eligibility is limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Abuse of promotional offers including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called playthrough or rollover requirements) before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the specific bonus terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and certain other games may contribute less or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are published in the complete bonus terms.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

While a bonus is active and wagering requirements are incomplete, maximum bet limits apply (typically PHP 50-100 per bet/spin). Exceeding maximum bet limits while a bonus is active may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn and do not have cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied. We reserve the right to void bonuses and winnings if bonus terms are violated.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered on the 68ph platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer systems that ensure fair and random outcomes. Game rules, payout tables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game. You acknowledge that gaming outcomes are determined by chance and that losses are possible. We make no guarantees regarding winnings.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical issue that affects gameplay or results, the affected game round is void and all bets are refunded to player accounts. 68ph is not liable for losses resulting from malfunctions, though we will take reasonable steps to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.

7.3 Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits displayed within the game interface. We reserve the right to adjust betting limits, refuse bets, or restrict account betting limits at our discretion, particularly for players demonstrating patterns of advantage play or suspected terms violations.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location or identity
• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping
• Using bots, automated software, or any third-party tools to play games
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for unfair advantage
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Providing false or fraudulent identification or payment information
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or staff
• Using the Service for money laundering or other illegal purposes
• Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing without wagering (using the platform as a payment processor)

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance and winnings, and potential legal action.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Our Right to Suspend or Terminate

68ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for suspension or termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, providing false information, abusive behavior, prolonged inactivity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or other users.

9.2 Your Right to Close Your Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance after deducting applicable bonuses will be refunded via your registered payment method. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Self-exclusion options are available for players seeking to restrict access for responsible gaming purposes.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately. 68ph will refund any legitimate account balance remaining after deducting bonuses, pending wagers, and any amounts owed to us. Winnings from bonus abuse or terms violations are not payable and will be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and intellectual property provisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 68PH AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your account or content
• System failures, technical errors, or game malfunctions
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL 68PH'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that 68ph makes no guarantees regarding winnings. You participate in games at your own risk.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Customer Support Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement arising from your use of the Service, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support representatives.

11.2 Formal Complaints

If customer support is unable to resolve your concern to your satisfaction, you may submit a formal written complaint via email. We will investigate all formal complaints and provide a written response within 10 business days.

11.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12. Changes to Terms

68ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and may provide notice through the platform, via email, or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service and close your account. Changes to Terms do not affect rights and obligations that accrued prior to the effective date of the changes.
